We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, textiles such as bedding and towels must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement.
